From expedited passage through immigration and customs to porter assistance with your luggage, every detail is handled with discretion and efficiency. Finally, your greeter will coordinate with your chauffeur, arrange a meeting point, and escort you to your awaiting vehicle of choice.

Departure

Velox Concierge’s tailored Departure Meet & Assist ensures a smooth and stress-free experience when departing from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport or Geneva Airport.

Our dedicated representative will contact you prior to your journey to confirm arrangements and agree on a meeting point. Upon arrival at the airport or VIP terminal—either independently or with your dedicated chauffeur—your greeter will welcome you curbside and provide seamless assistance throughout the departure process.

From porter service for your luggage to expedited check-in, security, immigration, and détaxe formalities, every detail is managed with efficiency and discretion. You will then be personally escorted to the VIP Lounge to relax in comfort before being accompanied to your boarding gate.
